I'm sure you can freeze spaghetti sauce with meat but not after it's been in the fridge for 5 days!! Maybe after a couple of days at a stretch but you don't want to make yourself ill do you???????????!
Probably. Just make sure there is no visible problems with it first.
Cooked turkey is at it's best the day it is cooked. If you have more than can be used that day, remove it from the bones and refrigerate. Use it up within a day or two. Beyond that, you'll start to notice off-flavors. If you want to keep the cooked turkey longer, consider wrapping it securely and freezing it. Use it within a month.
Depends on the fridge temp. Reheat it to a boil every 4 days to kill the germs and you can keep it going for weeks. Do not plan to keep turkey soup for weeks in the fridge. If you are not going to use it up within 2 or 3 days, freeze it. In the fridge, flavors can change and rancidity can set in faster than if it is frozen. Constant temperature fluctuations do not improve the food's quality. In fact, for quality reasons, the general recommendation is to reheat food only once.
To freeze a smoked turkey, make sure to wrap it tightly in plastic wrap to prevent air for causing the Turkey from becoming freezer burnt. If possible, cut turkey into smaller portions to make freezing and defrosting easier.

Poultry should be cooked within a couple days after thawing for best results. It is possible that the turkey will be good after 5 days but only you can make that determination.
A raw turkey should keep for a year in the freezer. If it is cooked, figure on a month.(To answer the Discussion) Cooked turkey will last 3-4 days in the fridge. For best flavor after cooking a turkey, remove the leftover meat from the bones. The bones develop off-flavors rather quickly, so boil them ASAP to make broth. For soup, you can then separate any meat from the bones and add extra meat that you cut off earlier.A frozen, uncooked turkey, can be kept in the freezer up to 8 months. If the turkey has been cooked, the recommended freezer life is 4-6 months. Be sure the turkey is well wrapped so as not to get freezer burn, which will decrease the flavor and vitamin quality.

I'm always finicky about leftover seafood. It might last longer but it would be best to use it up within a couple days. Make sure it is stored in the coldest part of the fridge.
