It would be nice if the question were a bit more specific, but assuming you're talking about what I think you're talking about, any "white glue" should work. It's possible that carpenter's glue (looks like white glue except that it's yellowish) would work as well. Mucilage, rubber cement, or any other kind of glue almost certainly will not work, though you could try it and see.
That will only make weak glue.
no
no you cant
NO!
you cant if you only use water and glue you would make glue water.
with cornstartch and water
you take borax ( in the cleaning aisle ), water and glue to make goo. it doesnt matter how much of anything you put in. if you want wet, sloppy goo, you put in water, glue and very little borax. if you want just molding goo, put in water, glue, and a lot of borax
you cant
Because Tide is not a part of any useful glue making recipe.
you could get cornstarch i think
u cant without glue but u need water and baby powder
It all depends what you mean by Goo. Goo is already a thick sticky substance. Flour and water will make glue by themselves. A recipe would be...mix the flour and water until the mixture is like cream, put into pan and simmer and stir for five minutes. You then have a form of glue which is wet and messy and will take a long time to dry
