There is a new version of GameMaker coming out soon called Game Maker Studio. It will likely be more expensive than the current version of Game Maker. This will be able to export for iPhone. (As well as Android and HTML5) It is estimated for a 2012Q1 release. (I.E. The first quarter of 2012)
In the mean-time, if you make a very good game then you can submit it to YoYoGames and they might port it for you.

A good game making program is Microsoft XNA Studio Express. You can create proffessional games for PC, and then send them to your Xbox 360. You need to install C#, but it is all free. If you want to make a first person shooter, than get FPS creator. it is $50 dollars, and expansions with pre-made characters are about $20, but it is easy and requires no coding. Everything is pre-made, you just place rooms, guns, keys, doors, walls, scenery, enemies etc. anywhere you want. And last you can get Gamemaker, but i don't recommend it. I recommend you get XNA, and buy a book on it as well, just to make things even more easy. Hope that helps.
