Do you mean a single player? Quake 3 had a single player tournament mode, basically made to train you to play at the most basic level of multiplayer. Quake 3 was the game that made multiplayer what it is today. Q3 also has a lot of mods, in which you may find a campaign or two.
You simply take the Modded file and drag it into the folder in the Program Files for Quake III Arena named "Mods".
