This is an internet scam that claims you can make money by posting links. From what i can tell after numerous searches this is false. I would be uneasy about using anything that first asks for a credit card.

Everytime someone clicks one of the sponsored links the search engine will make money.
What you type in the sources and related links is a link if you have one, about the answer your posting.
Posting blog links on the answers is not allowed as per website policy. What you can do is, you can include your blog link using the add related links options
