Failure to make fine payments,
They won't repossess it for your license being suspended, but they can repossess it when you fail to make payments, regardless of what the current status of your license is.
I assume you took over the payments after the other owner missed payments. If you are caught up on all the payments then there would be no reason for them to repossess the vehicle. You need to contact the lender ASAP to make sure everything is fine. Failure to contact the lender may create a bad situation.
As long as payments are current, no.
Make your car payments.

Just make a payment. The missed payments will show on your credit report but that's not really bad if you don't miss any future payments.
Yes. And that will help out their credit history too:)
It is up to the discretion of the courts as to whether or not your license will be returned if you owe back child support. Since you did not pay even the small amount that was ordered, they may not be very willing to work with you, but if you can pay a substantial portion of the debt they may give you time to make up what is still owing.
The person who bought the car didn't make payments so the bank takes it back.

You only need your regular drivers license in most states. Anything under 50cc should be fine without a motorcycle license. Check with your local DMV to make sure though.
