I saw on a YouTube video made by Sims 3 about killing your sims (Don't ask, I get rather bored) and they mentioned making your Sims fat and they can Diabetes. However, I have zillions of fat Sims but none of them have gotten diabetes. So you may want to start with create a sim and make them as fat as they can. Then eat at the fast food resturaunts in your town and eat lots of food that isn't good for you like cookies (Okay, not so much isn't good for you, but junk food) I'm not sure if this will work, but it can't hurt, can it?
