You can marry who you please if they agree and are of age of consent (and depending on legalities...)
Social convention and taboo forbid such things in some cultures/countries, but screw that. The more people that break 'rules' like that, the more the 'rules' are eliminated.
Unless you're in some circumstance where you will be punished/killed.... That's just really screwed.
