Your uncle-in-law is supposedly your uncle by marriage. Anyone who marries your parent's sister is your uncle by marriage, and you call that person your uncle, not uncle-in-law. His brother is certainly not related to you.

Your husband's uncle is not related to you. If that is the person you are calling uncle-in-law, then his brother is fair game for marriage, assuming you have divorced or your husband has died. But then he is no longer your uncle-in-law and his brother is merely an older man who is not related to you.

Yes.

Your brother's brother-in-law is the brother of your brother's wife and is not related to you.

Of course, your brother's brother-in-law may also be the husband of your brother's sister. If you are that sister, then you are already married to your brother's brother-in-law. If you are another sister, then your brother's brother-in-law is also your brother-in-law because he married your sister. In that case, you can't marry him unless he is divorced or your sister has died.

there is an example in an Indian serial 'BADE ACHHE LAGTE HAIN'

Your brother-in-law is not a blood relation, and neither is his brother. So yes, you could marry a brother-in-law's brother, if you wanted.

My grandmother "R" married a man, "H".

"H's" sister, "A", married my grandmother's brother, "L".

So brother and sister in one family, married sister and brother of the other family. Love occurs in the strangest ways!

Your uncle may or may not be a blood relation to you. In light of resolution that relation you may be related to his wife (your aunt). If your aunt is not a blood relation her brother will not likely be related to you. There should be no impediment in your marriage to him. This assumption is based on your being a female of an age that allows you to be married or a male in jurisdictions which allow same sex marriage.

I think that would classify as your sister or cousin. Your uncle's sister is either your aunt, or your mother. Sleeping with either is morally wrong, but I'm sure it has been done
