The drug interaction checker on [http://www.drugs.com www.drugs.com] says that there are no reactions between Oxycontin and vicodin. But rememeber that taking too much of any opiate can result in Overdose & even death, if you experience difficulty breathing seek medical help ASAP. Personally I wouldn't take them at the exact same time but I would take both of them in the same day, but that's just me.

Not advisable.
Mixing two meds like those can have serious repercussions.
1 + 1 does not always equal 2.

80 mg Oxycontin is by far stronger than 10mg of vicodin(hydrocodone). I am not sure the exact times stronger but I had almost like a foot reconstruction surgery and took 10/650 vicodin and the 650 is 650mg of Tylenol and it barely touched the pain and then was given a 80mg of Oxycontin and it took away my pain for about 4-5 hours, but the point is 80 mg of Oxycontin is way stronger than 10mg of vicodin.

you should only mix weed with vicodin. mixing with alcohol will cause liver damage. mixing with stimulants will lessen the effect. marijuana makes a perfect addition to the cozyness of vicodin. also benzodiaprines mix nicely but they will cause much more drowsniness than vicodin alone.
