No you can't... both lexapro and ecstasy are dealing with the same material in your brain - seratonin. ecstasy brings it levels very high, while lexapro keeps it in a controlled level, so the ecstasy just won't work.
not taking lexapro that day is meaningless, as the drug is not effective the same day, it keeps a certain level in your blood (which is why it takes 2 weeks after starting taking lexapro to really feel the effects)
up to how many times a day can you take lexapro ?
That's a large daily dose. Contact your health care provider for advice specific to your situation.
I'm pretty sure the max dose is 20mg. If you wan to go above that you take Celexa; which is where Lexapro came from...that can go to 40mg as far as I know...I went from 10mg Lexapro to 40mg of Celexa...it wasn't so great for me. I couldn't hardly stay awake...the sleepiness is supposed to pass....
Lexapro is a medication that you take every day as prescribed by your doctor. Xanax is a medication used when you feel anxiety.
Wellbutrin and Lexapro work on different brain chemistries. Wellbutrin works on the dopamine while Lexapro works on Seratonin. Ten mg of Lexapro is a small dose. Wellbutrin can be taken twice a day to prolong its efficacy in conjunction with the Lexapro taken once. This is a standad therapy.
25mg of xanax? Holy Sh**! That's alot. I take 4mg a day, and I can't even take it all. Wow
Lexapro can be taken any time of the day with or without food. This answer straight from the packet instructions.
Nothing. One double dose wont hurt you. But, next time, when in doubt, just wait until your next scheduled dose. Skipping a day wont matter. Buy a daily pill dispenser, it will save you the anxiety of wondering whether you forgot to take your pill or not.
You can but chances are it will make you even worse the day after
I wouldn't do that if I were you. You need to wean yourself off of Lexapro slowly and even then you are going to get some withdrawl symptoms, including dizziness and nausea. That's what happened to me when I went off Lexapro over a two week period. From what I understand the withdrawl can sometimes be worse than what I had. I would consult with your doctor and come up with a plan for you to get off. If you need to go back on something I would stay away from Lexapro - I have been on several antidepressants and that was the worse one to stop!
Doubling the dose would be equivalent to a dose of the medication Xenical, a diet medication. The dose of Xenical is 120 milligrams and you take it 3 times a day. The dose of Alli is 60 milligrams and you take it 3 times a day.
one day
