Yes, you can as lorcet is an opiate pain killer and flexeril is a muscle Relaxer. Just be careful because they are both sedative, so don't take too much of either. The mixture can make u extra sleepy. I'm on Soma and Oxycodone. When I first started taking both together I became very sleepy.

The Lorcet has more hydrocodone... 150mg more to be exact... 500mg (lortab) vs 650mg (Lorcet)... That'll have a tendency to make you drowsy...

It's completely normal and common for a doctor to prescribe Cyclobenzaprine (Flexeril) and Hydrocodone together for pain management. I would not recommend taking Tylenol after lorcet. Lorcet contains hydrocodone and acetaminophen, and Tylenol is acetaminophen. Taking both may result in too much acetaminophen. The max dose of acetaminophen per day is 4 gm. Taking more than 4 grams can be harmful to your liver. If the lorcet is not relieving your pain, you can take ibuprofen or you may need to let your doctor know that the lorcet is not relieving your pain.
