This will be OK to do. Melatonin does not make you sedated like Xanax does. It helps your body to restore a natural sleep rhythm. Please remember that Xanax does not cure your anxiety - the only way to cure anxiety is with therapy. ∙ 15y agoYes you can mix these two drugs. Melotonin is a chemical that your body produces naturally to fall asleep. So You would be on melotonin at night whether you take a pill version or not.
