Yes, make sure you know your limits. anything in excess in bad. as far as doing it, usually you do cocaine first, than the xanax to knock you out. cocaine users do this somtimes because it is hard to sleep afterwards.

∙ 12y agoYou can do cocaine with Fentanyl, but the Cocaine will reduce the Opiate in your system, so I suggest not doing cocaine if you need the fent for pain purposes.
Other than that, you can do them both but you will have to redose fent after the cocaine, and be sure not to take more fent to counter act the cocaine as it could lead to an overdose.

YOU cannot use tramadol in combination with methadone. It is an opiate antagonist which if you are taking methadone can send you into instant severe withdrawl. I do not have the answer for methadone and fentanyl combination but do not use the tramadol methadone combination. If you do or have you are in for a very very scary experience. There are many pain meds you cannot mix with methadone.
