I do not recommend it as I had severe adverse reactions to this combination. My symptoms included accelerated hate rate, insomnia, headaches, anxiety, severe emotional breakdowns, and difficulty breathing, which was bad at times. There are more, but these were the worst. I ended up in hospital emergency, which actually worked in my favor. It was there they nailed what my problem was, as I had no idea. I actually thought I was having a nervous breakdown.
I understand this combo may not react with everyone, but you should consider what I've said and maybe consider close monitoring if you decide to take these meds together. I know I learned a very hard lesson, myself.

∙ 15y agoYes, there is no problem in taking those 2 drugs together. However, you should NOT exceed Vicodin dosage because it contains acetaminophen and it might accelerate hepatic toxicity (accutane and acetaminophen might both be toxic on liver).
