Move your sims into a house they can afford. (sims 2 PC) use the cheat 'motherlode' or 'kaching' and you will get money, move them out then move them into the desired house ;)

To move your Sims into a better house in The Sims FreePlay, first, tap on your current house and select the "Move" option. You can then choose a new house from the available options in the neighborhood or purchase a new one if you have enough simoleons. After selecting the desired house, confirm the move, and your Sims will be relocated to their new home. Make sure to furnish and decorate the new house to your liking!
Once you are in the neighborhood your family is in, you click on Families (or F1), then choose"Move family", which is on the bottom left of the screen. Once you have clicked on move family, you click on the house of your choosing and the family will be removed from the house.
click on the phone then click move house
have them go on the computer or call and select move out.
To make a family move to a different house first you must click on the demolition button then click on the house that the family is living in. Then a window will pop up and ask you if you would like to evict the family. Click yes. It will then ask, would you like to demolish the property. It is up to you whether or not you want to destroy the house or not. I have been playing the Sims for quite a while, so if you have anymore questions regarding the Sims or other games please, don't be afraid to ask.
when they move out, they will enter The Clipboard (the place where the Sims are kept after you've made them but before you move them into a house. From there, you can move them into a new lot to play them.
use the computer or newspaper to find a new house.
In The Sims 1, Sims cannot directly move houses like in later installments of the series. Instead, players must sell their current home and then purchase a new one in a different neighborhood. This involves moving the Sims out, which can be done through the phone or the computer, and then selecting a new lot to build or buy a house.
You could move the house with the family in it to the houses bin then put the house in a new town but if you do this the family cannot move out of that house whilst in the new town. hope that helped
