Yorkshire terriers or "yorkies" do not have actual "fangs." They, like all other breeds of dogs, have teeth called "canines" that can resemble "fangs."
There are currently no known species of bugs or any other type of animal that has 3 fangs. Most bugs that do have fangs will either have 2 or 4 of them.

The fangs are in their mouths. Vipers have fangs that fold in their mouths and are partiall covered by a fleshy sheath, though still very apparentin an open mouth. Elapids such as cobras have smaller fixed fangs, which can be seen with a close look at the inside of the mouth. Other snakes have fangs in the rear of the mouth. Most snakes have teeth but not fangs.
Pygmy marmosets are ominvorous creatures and do therefore have canines (the teeth often referred to as fangs). The canines on the lower jaw are however incisiform so whether or not they could be considered fangs could be called into question. Pygmy marmosets do indeed have claws. These claws are used to cling onto the trees they live in.
What other kinds o Lions are there. There are Lions and Lionesses (female Lions) but unless their is a new Lion. All Lions have fangs. If they don't then people removed their fangs for safety.
