You should totally and definitely hire them! If they start to flirt a lot and interact instead of doing their job then I would consider talking and having a conversation with them discussing if they keep it up, then they both lose their jobs. But you need to at least give it a try. I am sure they are a friendly couple who will work hard together and be nice and do what they came to work to do. When they are at home they will flirt. But keep in mind you have to hire someone for who they are, not for who they are dating. I hope they don't flirt with each other too much and get down to business.

How you hire someone is totally up to you... now if that's the reason you aren't hiring he or she that is totally suitable and appropriate. Now if you were to not hire someone because of there race that is a different story.

When employers hire experienced employees, they not are going to have to spend a lot of time of training them. You also know that the employees have some type of understanding of what the job entails.
