No, the way the screen works is that it has a special filter in place to make part of the screen visible only to one of your eyes, the other part to the other eye. The problem with this is it halves the effective frame rate for moving pictures, and requires the user's head to be in a specific position relative to the console, or else they see double images and the 3D effect is lost.
