It depends on whether there is another store nearby and if you can afford the franchise investment, etc. Contact CEC entertainment corporate offices. The minimum used to be 50k investment but in some areas is more than 1 million dollars. There are cheaper franchises for new investors and less risky. It has been recently reported they are not looking to sell any more, but I can't say for sure if that has changed.
