Yes, and for many years there has been a "must issue" law that requires a concealed weapon permit to be issued to nearly anyone who wants one. Any visitor over 21 with a license in another state is allowed to carry concealed in Florida, provided the issuing state also allows licensed Floridians the same courtesy in their state. As in many states, there are places where you may not carry a firearm, even with a license (e.g., schools, courtrooms, police stations, passenger terminals in airports, etc), in addition to anywhere prohibited by federal law (post offices, national parks, etc). There are no restrictions to owning airguns in Florida, i.e. you can own any number, caliber, power level, etc. without the need for a permit or registration. They CANNOT be used for hunting, however. It may not be legal to shoot them within certain city limits, and there may be age restrictions. Hope this helps.
You can possess a handgun in all 50 states. There are rules that govern this such as concealed carry, etc. But there is no law barring you from owning a handgun. You can legally purchase a handgun in Florida, and under certain conditions you may carry it concealed about your person.
No. Florida does not require registration.
You can carry a handgun in Florida in your car without a permit. It must be securely fastened but is not limited to the glove box.
Florida concealed weapon permits are simple and inexpensive. A Florida CWP will allow you to carry a concealed pistol in many states.
Regular firearms do not. Class III weapons do (machine guns, short rifles, etc)
Not legally, unless you are hunting and you can only carry a concealed handgun if you have a permit.
Yes, if you obtain a permit...
Regular firearms do not have to be registered. Class III (machine guns, etc) must be registered on a federal form.
Florida- as in MOST of the US, does not have registration of ordinary firearms. When a dealer sells a gun, he must maintain a record of the sale (at his shop) for 20 years, but there is no government registration.
Florida does not require registration of ordinary Title I firearms.
Depends on the laws in your state or country. In the US, firearms registration is virtually nonexistent, save for NFA regulated firearms, and in the state of California (which, even then, is very limited in the scope of what gets registered).
Colorado does not have registration of ordeinary firearms, so there is no way to have a gun registered to you.
Law enforcement only.
As a private citizen, you can't.
Firearms are not required to be registered in SC.
You can't.
