No.
no.
No but you can own a crossbow
Noone with a felony can own a gun unless they have gone through the court to have their civil rights restored.
If a person has a felony you cannot own a gun. It does not matter how long you have had the felony.
No you do not have to be a gun expert to own a gun. As long as you are of legal age to own a firearm and you do not have any felony offenses on your record, you can own a gun.
In the U.S. you cannot legally own a gun if you have a felony on your record, unless your rights have been restored.
That depends on several factors. I have been convicted of a felony, and I currently own 3 firearms legally. I had my felony conviction set aside, all charges were dismissed (in Arizona), and ALL my rights were restored, even my right to own firearms; I have the document framed in my home office. There are levels of felonies where you will never be able to own a gun, such as violent crimes, sexual crimes, and the like. The fact is, you will need to do some research in the state laws and statutes for the state you hail from and possible even talk to a lawyer. They know a whole lot more than I ever could. Every state's law is different regarding the right to bear arms after receiving a felony conviction.
as long as its not a felony.
WHAT kind of offense or charge was originally made?If it was a felony offense and it was dismissed without prejudice it means that it COULD be re-filed and brought again. With that kind of inconclusive circumstance hanging over you, I doubt the state would issue you a license
Well, the answer is no, but Arizona does not have gun registration, so if you can carry a gun in Arizona, you can carry any gun you legally own or possess.
Generally speaking, no. If you have a felony, you cannot legally own or purchase a gun.
