I have one horse and certainly seem to be able to purchase a second one, though I haven't tried it yet.
I'm not sure why you'd want more than one, though. Your horse fast-travels with you, so if you ever need to have it with you, now, you can always fast-travel somewhere (and then immediately back, if necessary), to find a lost horse that way. I've lost my horse more than once, and it's always right there when you fast-travel. I wonder if having more than one horse would cause both to come with you, or maybe just the one you've ridden last...?
I'm sorry I'm not much help.
Yes. There is no limit to how many homes you may own, only a limit on how many houses are available. If you get married, you can have the option of having your spouse move in with you.
Yes, you can hold more one than one save file.
yes
In the game, Skyrim, players are only given one kind of horse, but can buy as many as they would like. The horses come in 1 of 5 colors. The color of the horse will depend on the stable where it is purchased. Once purchased, horse color cannot be changed.
No, they only have one.
No, you are given a band of matrimony, even if you kill your wife, you will only have the one(even if she is dead).

It depends where you shop, as they will set the limits to how many you can buy.
That depends on what Harvest Moon Wii game you are playing. If you are playing Magical Melody or Animal Parade, yes you can have more than one Horse. You might be able to have more than one Horse in Tree of Tranquility but I'm not sure.
No, using the code permanently adds Skyrim to your Steam account. If anyone else tries to use it, it will say it has already been redeemed.

No, a narrow bit is more severe than a wide one.
