Sherwin Williams has a paint called lo-temp. Which states that it can be applied down to a temp. of 35 degrees, but remember that every thing dries by evaporation. The lower the temp. below 70 degrees, the longer it takes to dry.
Normally you shouldn't paint below 50 degrees, but with epoxy its more 'thick' and usually takes longer to fully cure/dry so it should be good till 40 degrees or so.
50 degrees Celsius = 122 degrees Fahrenheit. Use the equation F = (9/5)C + 32 (also see the related link "Conversion of Temperature Units" below) 50ºC = 122.0ºF 50 degrees Celsius is equal to a temperature of 122 degrees Fahrenheit. F = C x 9/5 + 32

no, has to be 32 degrees or below! sorry yes it can snow if it is 50f at the surface, but below freezing in the upper levels.
It is possible to get sick regardless of the temperature.
