∙ 14y agoI'm going to assume that by 'soma' you mean amanita muscaria mushrooms. There is confusion about the term soma, as can be seen on this webpage:

The active chemicals in these mushrooms are muscimol and ibotenic acid, not psilocybin or psilocin, which are found in the kind of magic mushrooms that people normally talk about when referring to 'shrooms.
They're not tested for in any standard or extended drug tests, meaning any school/work/army/home drug tests. It's very likely that it would be possible to test for, if there was a laboratory willing to go to the trouble. However, the only circumstance where you should even consider that a possibility is if your parents (school/work/army would never go this far) were really strict about drug use, had a very specific reason to suspect you of using amanita muscaria mushrooms, AND had a really good connection at a drug testing lab, or a lot of money.
IN CONCLUSION, yes, you can pass a drug test even if you're tripping balls while you're pissing in the cup.
