It depends on the quality of the drug test. If it is a home test like the ones they sell over the counter then no, that is highly unlikely. If it is a test done by a government lab (like the ones a court ordered tests would go to) then yes. They have gotten those tests to show even the faintest traces of substances.

∙ 16y agoDefinitely possible. THC (the active ingredient in cannabis) can stay in your body for up to 28 days (longer if you're a heavy and regular user). It all depends on frequency of use, body fat, exercise, diet, the type of test and the potency of the weed.

∙ 14y agoIf you just smoked it once three days ago you could pass, but if you smoked it several times up until then (ie a few times a week or more), then you are in definite danger of failing.
