It depends on the test, although most standardized test do no test for psilocin. Psilocybin is not soluble in fat, and therefore will not stay in a user's system for long. For anyone taking shrooms regularly, stopping use at least a week before a drug test may help them pass a mushroom drug test. But this, as with other methods of passing drug tests, is not foolproof except substitution with synthetic urine
