Drug tests test for specific compounds (or closely related families of compounds). Most of them include a test for oxycontin. Also, "pass" or "fail" is really up to the person ordering the test... if they already know you're taking oxycontin for legitimate medical reasons then when it shows up on the test, they'll likely go "no surprise there" and ignore it. However, if you're abusing it, then it WILL show up and you WILL fail the test.
Tylenol 1 contains caffeine (which nobody tests for), acetaminophin/paracetamol (which nobody tests for), and codeine (which everybody tests for). So you'll fail because of those also if you're not supposed to be taking codeine.
