The most you can do to lock the iPod Touch is by entering a 4-digit pin. You can do this through the Settings of your iPod.

go under settings -- general --- passcode lock
Unfortunately, its not possible yet. the itunes app store does not have a app that allows you to get the cool android screen lock pattern. The only way to get android screen lock is to jailbreak your ipod touch (if you do not know wat jailbreak it just google it) if you jailbreak your ipod touch, you can get the android lock screen in cydia.
Wi-Fi can be blocked one of two ways on an iPod Touch. If the router is blocked with a lock on it, then you have to get the password and enter in that password. If Safari is blocked on your iPod Touch, you need to go to settings, then to restrictions, then enter the 4-digit pin to change the settings.
The iPod 4th gen has the lock button on the top right but the older models have it on the top left.
There was an update for the ipod touch about 7 months ago and it allowed you to change the background on your ipod and you can also change the lock screen
No..not if you haven't jail broken your iPod Touch! If you have then yes! But if you haven't use Cydia/ Redsn0w!
