Yes. If using the latest version of MAME on Windows, you can press F2 during gameplay to access a special menu. In this menu you can change game configuration options. I forget the exact way to get there (I think it's something like Game -> Configuration). The option you want to choose is 4 Players 4 Chutes Multi.
