It does, but, the first time I tried it, it said "Cannot find d3drm.dll" or something like that, so I downloaded it and it worked. The unfortunate thing is the characters and vehicles won't appear, so I've just tried it with XP (I am on Dual Boot) and all the characters and vehicles appear (apart from some buttons on some things, like on the police bike: the I button doesn't appear) and it comes with a blue background. So it does, just has faults. Unless you don't mind walking around and don't want to see the buildings close up, this is the perfect option, else you need to try something else.
yes you can. you just have to change compatibility. to do that. right click on program file, options, compatibility and change to an earlyer version :)
also you need to rebuild the whole files from scratch because they wont work on windows 7... basicly you will have to rebuild the whole game and learn how to program and then you will be happy to play a game that wasnt even worth rebuilding from scratch so ya... good luck on installin this good old childhood game!
i have found the screen turns blue with the infomaniak in the background and the occasional flashing of the actual colours. it does not appear their is an xp patch....
