You can try, but it's very very hit and miss. Even when using Compatibility Settings, most users complain about not being able to see scenery - instead just a black screen. It definitely will not work on 64-bit, so don't bother trying.

There is no reason why not as long as your graphics/ ram are sufficient. You can, like win 7 make the software "compatible" in the setup options

I don't think you can move them it would cool if could cos if you get to close to them you crash and that's really anoying but just try and get like an inch away and prentend? You can do this by pressing Ctrl+J

Yes, but only in the missions. Even then, you cant see them and it doesn't change the plane at all. Your co-pilot will act just like there are passangers, even though they are only virtual and a realistic add-on for missions.
