No, with a PC you are playing on your general internet network, where as on a Xbox Live you are playing on networks provided by Microsoft. Although the networks may appear the same, there is no way to connect them, making it impossible for a PC to connect with a Xbox

∙ 11y agoIf you're on an unsecured network, such as a dorm room, or an airport (but why would you play XBox there?), then there's probably going to be a lot of lag. If you're on your own secured network, and there is only one PC running, then yes. Again, there might be some lag.
