To create a server box for CS you first need to download Source Dedicated Server and have CS. then run Source dedicated server(it will be in your tools tab on steam) Once its running click on CS click the map type then click start. And there you has it a server box that you don't have to play on ingame. But the server will only stay up for as long as oyur computer is on.
