As of 12/29/11, this has not been confirmed. Flipnote Memo has not come out yet, but here are some rumors. Some say they are not making Memo, and that they are making something else. THIS IS FALSE. I e-mailed Nintendo and they said they were working on it and that they would release it ASAP. But they do not know the specific date. Some say it is coming out on 12/31/11, but my guess is some time in early to mid 2012. :) Until then, let's hope for more colors, sending original notes, and 3D notes!
files are normally stored on the SD card

If don't play GBA games, yes. Yes, it totally is I have one and I love it! In my opinion it's even BETTER when it's hooked up to wi-fi internet! That makes Flipnote Hatena even BETTER too! I get on Flipnote Everynight!
No, but you can go to romulation.net and search for a flipnote.nds (rom file) and then download it. But inorder to use the rom file you must download a no$gba emulator or a DeSmuMe emulator and then open the rom file from there. Best of wishes to you to get to play around with flipnote on your PC. *If you have a Macintosh or Linux computer, you may google or yahoo search "flipnote .nds rom for mac" and "DesSmuMe emulator for mac" [or] "no$gba emulator for mac" or "flipnote .nds rom for linux" and "DeSmuMe emulator for Linux" and "no$gba emulator for linux".
The following comes with a DSI XL: wrist strap, cleaning cloth, manual, and the downloaded games DSI Music, DSI Camera, Pictochat, Flipnote Studio, DS Download Play, Brain Age Express: Math, and Brain Age Express: Arts and Letters. Some special packs include a game, but that isn't to common.
