Gundam SEED Destiny started being released on DVD in the US in March 2006. All 12 volumes are currently available as on January 2008.

I wish that it would but no. Gundam vs. Gundam, NEXT, NEXT+, and Extreme vs. are all in Japan. But if you want it desperately you could get it on Ebay or Amazon
yes you douche
No, while PSP games are region free, the UMD movies are not. A UK UMD movie will not play on a US PSP.
There is no India branded psp and the Indian PSP is most likely Japanese (like the one I got from China!) and yes it can play all us games. There is no area lock on most games.
Yes
Yes you can play those games on a US psp. The only difference is that you use the "O" button to exit to the home screen and to select ok.....And of course its in japanese.
most likely
I think those US PSP games are actually Japanese games translated to American English. And all PSPs are japanese, so it should work just fine.
You can buy a 10- inch model of the Burning Gundam in the closest Toys R Us in Texas
PAL and NTSC usually refer to analogue television formats. Since the PSP has its own proprietary screen, PAL and NTSC in this case refers to the region the PSP comes from, which is important for the purposes of UMD movies and some online services. That means a US PSP can play a game from the UK, the video format is exactly the same. But UMD movies are region restricted so a US PSP can only play US UMD movies.
