Are you speaking of the old VGA cards (ISA)? Or are you meaning a graphics accelerator?
An ISA VGA card won't even allow you to run the install.
To play WoW on a PC requires 128M, and should be 256 or more. 1 gig main memory, 30 gig of dik space (for patches etc.)
