no of course not because they are different systems and even if you could some wii games need the motion senser like the Wii Sports or wii resorts so it would be useless on some games but games like Super Smash Bros Brawl that does not need the motion senser so that would be playable if you could play wii games on ps3 but you cant play it on ps3
