It depends. It's fairly even. No super forms here, you see, because Mario and Luigi have no equivalent because they prefer to use that sort of power to weaken an enemy rather than strengthen themselves. Mario's the strongest, and has some small amount of magical skill. He is also nearly as durable as Luigi. He has no other noteworthy features. Luigi is the most durable, and about ties with shadow when it comes to magical power. Luigi also jumps the highest and is the second strongest, as well as being in the middle when it comes to speed. His dodging abilities are also very good. Also, Shadow's attacks would most likely have less effect on Luigi than anyone else, as Luigi is the perfect host for the Chaos Heart. Not to mention that Luigi's special ability would, realistically, knock anyone out from electric overload. Sonic is fast. He has no other advantages. Shadow is about as fast as Sonic, and can use unique Chaos attacks - which would work well against Mario, but he'd have to resort to physical attacks against Luigi. Chaos Control would work even less - he's not the only one who has been shown to warp time. His power level is close to Luigi's, though it is disputable who is more powerful. In the end, it would come down to Luigi - he's powerful, good at dodging, and durable. In the end, it comes to Shadow and Luigi
