I messed up on my Pokemon Pearl game and used the run through anything glitch with action replay and I caught Palkia and not you don't know what to do they won't fight me now?
I used action replay and I used the run through anything and the complete pokedex glitch and I got the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 8th badges AND I beat the elite four. Then I went to all the lake fought the Commander (Mars, Jupiter, and Saturn) and I caught Uxie and Azelf and I also caught Palkia and now the bosses and Team Galactic Grunts won't fight me! Also Mesprit, Uxie, and Azelf are around the spot that Palkia was. I don't know what to do next I do not know how to get Mesprit because when I go to the lake that I think Mesprit is at she is not there and when I go to the other lake Mesprit is not there either. I have already set them free from Team Galactic but Mesprit still does not show up. Can someone please tell me what to do! I'm a poor girl with a level 100 Empoleon, and level 60 Palkia, Uxie, Azelf, Golbat, and Staraptor in my party and about 7 more Pokemon in my storage (they are level 56 and lower).

You can't get Palkia in Diamond just in Pearl and Platinum.

Have a wobuffet first in the party or a Pokemon with the ability arena trap weaken mesprit then throw some ultra balls or don't do what i just said and weaken it then find it again and use a quick ball you should catch it.

Ok my old enemy the elite four here's what you do. Pearl=get palkia luxray staraptor darkrai empoleon roserade. Diamond=get dialga luxray staraptor darkrai empoleon and roserade. Ruby=get groudon swampert aggron sableye taillow (or swellow) and zigzagoon (or linoone). Sapphire= same but kyogre instead of groudon. Emerald=wow ok I had kyogre traded over to my emerald and it took me straight through but metagross is good also on emerald get torchic. platiname=start with tirtwig or piplup to get garitina and get the team from pearl and diamond just replace dialga or palkia with garitina. For fire red and leaf green do not ask me. But the best starter on fire red is bulbasaur. Hope this helps wich it probably won't.

Palkia and Dialga don't evolve. This is very true. they don't evolve because put together they are the seconed strongest legendary Pokemon you have to get the marine resort to evolve

Remove Ralts and Buizel, get yourself a Magmortar if you can or a similar Fire-type.
