Run the Install for Coby Media Manager when you plug in your Coby Mp4 player After you install it run the program,, don't have to register,, then on the side where it says MOVIES, click there, drag and drop video files there, then right click on the video you just added and click Synchronize [Coby Mp4 player has to be connected],, the program will convert the file to .MTV itself then transfer the file to your mp4 player Good Luck I got a bunch of The Office episodes on mine ,, nice time killer at work CokeandAcid

You need to plug in your device and then go to the left hand side and click on device. You will then go to the lefthand side and click on configuration. Open configuration and click on music. From there, select the song or songs and highlight them. you then right click and hit delete. Hth, took me an hour to figure it out.
