Looking for a place myself. legally you can pop them outside city limits if you own the property, if not you have to have written permission from the owner. check out nelson fireworks, they have two park and pop locations, one in mansfield and one around rockwall i believe it is. they charge $15-20 per carload depending on the location you go to
