I recommend going to a Hallmark Greeting Cards store. They have a large selection of birthday greetings. The stores are located throughout the United States. Their cards are good quality and have nice designs. Also, many other stores such as Wal-Mart and Target offer birthday greeting cards that are created usually by American Greetings or Hallmark.
I would imagine they are recyclable in the "cardboard" can, not the "paper" one.

Funny E-card can be find anywhere. You can purchase them from Hallmark. EBay, or amazon. I shopped a lot of cards and know the shops sell good cards. The are cheap which is what you wanted right? And good quality too.
