Most modern printers have a full list of what they can print in the menu. Simply look in the "Paper Size" menu and it should show it, just select it.
If you don't have a manual then go to their support site and down load the manual there and check the downloads area for any updated drivers/software while your there.

Actually, I am answering my own question. I contacted Epson, they discovered it was the Print spooler that was not configured. I then called Dell back and explained to the tech help about the print spooler. They re-configured the spooler.....and now it works fine. Perhaps this will help someone else when such a problem arises. CHECK THE PRINT SPOOLER.
