Then you can take them out for dinner downtown, a few hugs and kisses, a bit of flirting and then if your timing is right you can propose. If acceptedthey will whirl around and be in wedding clothes, then they whirl again and they are married. You will find kiss, hug, propose in the interaction menu when you click on the intended sim.
