I assume by this that you mean your fallopian tubes- in answer to this, you can't get naturally pregnant once these have been removed. The fallopian tubes are the channels down which ova descend- if they aren't there, there's nothing for the eggs to move down through into the uterus. Removal of the fallopian tubes usually involves removal of the ovaries as well, so a natural pregnancy is not any longer possible.

However, if the eggs from the ovaries are frozen and stored after their removal, then a woman CAN still become pregnant via IVF. If the egg is inseminated by sperm, and then injected into the woman's womb, then there's no reason why she should not become succesfully pregnant, as gestation of an embryo does not depend upon the ovarian system.
