yes, but your going to have to "nudge" them in there its a tight fit
Jeff Loomis signature series Schecter or any schecter in that price range with emgs or blackouts. Kerry Kings signature warlock that has emgs and a kahler BC Rich Warlock Deluxe editions that are neck through anything ESP that has EMG pickups or Dean Razorbacks with active pickups.
The BC Rich NJ guitar refers to a series of electric guitars produced by BC Rich, known for their distinctive body shapes and aggressive aesthetics. The "NJ" designation typically indicates that the guitar was made in Japan, particularly during the 1980s and early 1990s, when BC Rich gained popularity among rock and metal musicians. These guitars are often characterized by high-output pickups, elaborate finishes, and unique designs, making them sought after by collectors and players alike.
ESP stands for electirc sound product , bet it sounds cooler in Japan as that is where ESP originated from LTD I heard a story that George Lynch of Dokken said that it stood for Limited Tailored Design but I could be wrong Edwards is the only guitars they make that does not have an acronym. While we're on the subject of acronyms the B.C. Rich in bc rich stands for Bernie Chavez.
Ibanez, BC Rich, ESP/Ltd and Schecter are all respectable guitar company's, with good cost to sound ratio and great for metal.
get as much information as possible on them, my money as BC Rich makes tons of series is on the standard series. I loved my bronze series one which is essentially in the same class as platinum series. look at the bridge, pickups and tuners or let youtube help you decide. Every players different but if I got a guitar with active pickups locking tuners and a whammy bar it doesn't matter whats on the head.
very versatile pickups but switch to EMG the first chance you get unless you have a really good pedal to play metal out of. I like BC Rich basses myself as the shapes awesome, I sound like a karate instructor but metal comes from within .. and as always 5 string is greater than 4.
to amplify the sound of the acustic guitar. Then they started to make higher out put pickups to get sort of a distorted sound bc there was no high gain amps at the time.
lets see how many i can name here... Fender, BC RICH, ESP, Jackson, Gibson, Washburn, Dean, Taylor... there are more just cant think of any
stereotypical but a beast or warlock , I put new tuners and pickups on my warlock and scalloped the fretboard and it sounds better than my friends les pauls and everything else. Its all about what you want. Kerry kings wartribe warlock (yes the cheapest one) if you can get it for under 250$ with the right parts down the road you'll love it.
bernando chavez , the founder of the company
Only if you're going for looks. almost all bc rich guitars are very poor quality, you can get a nice one from their custom shop, but that is extremely expensive... if you're looking for some cool-looking guitars for playing metal, i'd recommend Jackson or ESP guitars. But if you're looking for a high quality instrument, PLEASE don't get a bc rich guitar, you'll be wasting your money
BC Rich, shape and sound, plus some are next to nothing. You're sure to get the crowds attention but if you get any guitar and plug it into a guitar processor like a line 6 pod you can play anything on it than. Another cheap device you'll love. other brands, Schecter, ESP with active pickups or Dean, Jackson or Ibanez if none of those brands mentioned before are there... but know your upgrades to make them sound heavier if you get something cheap.
