That depends on why file name extension (format) the video is in. Formats compatible with Windows Movie Maker include:
asf, .avi, dvr-ms, .m1v, .mp2, .mp2v, .mpe, .mpeg, .mpg, .mpv2, .wm, .wmv
If the WWE movie contains one of the file name extensions (formats) listed above, it can be imported/edited in Windows Movie Maker. To see what file name extension the movie has, right-click the file and choose Properties from the drop-down menu.

For example, Windows DVD Maker (Vista), Wondershare Movie Story (XP and Vista) and more. The former is superb easy to use, but with limited menu templates, while the latter supports more video formats and allows you to customize your DVD menu.
