Yes. As long as you have the old 3.2 that came out of the car. Just swap the 3.2 accessories to the new motor.
According to the 1999 Ford Taurus Owner Guide : The AX4N automatic transaxle with the 3.4 liter V8 SHO came with ( Motorcraft MERCON- V automatic transmission fluid from the factory )
its in the intake manifiold,,follow the rubber hose from the air cleaner to motor..

I believe that would be the 3.2 liter DOHC V6 engine that was used with the automatic( from 1993 to 1995 inclusive ) unless you mean the 2010 Taurus SHO with the 3.5 L -V6 - twin turbo engine
the SHO model it came standard in 90-95 so the 89's dont have one. the 94-95 have hard button ones that dont break as easily
