Not too hard, 2 bolts hold the caliper from the back, remove them, disconnect the brake line and pull it off, put the new pads in the new caliper, place it where the old one came off, tighten the two bolts, reconnect the brake line and bleed the brakes.
No it is to big of a cubic inch. But if you have time you can but you would have to redue the main frame and the engine mount.

With fluid. There might be a bleeder scerw on the slave clinder.
It is not so much the amps ,but the voltage being put out . try the old stand by and start the jeep and pull the negative feed off the battery,if it dies bad alt. If you want to know how well it is working if jeep stays running; take a voltmeter and check what you have coming off the wires . It should be charging the batteries at about 13.6 or so. Now if you are looking to put on lights and bells and whistles ;you need to upgrade to a bigger output alt.The factory one will not hold up to fog lights, dommers, cb,air compressor,you get the idea.
